Visiting our Showroom or Collecting Your Order
If you are planning on visiting our location for sales advice or to collect your order will be asked to comply with our safety measures to ensure a safe working environment for our staff. These requirements include:

Making an Appointment to Visit or Collect

Sanitise your hands on entry

Register your name, phone number, and the company you are visiting from (if applicable) on arrival.

Maintain a social distance of 1.5metres at all times.

Only two people may visit with our staff at any one time. We ask that any additional visitors wait outside.

If you are exhibiting any cold or flu-like symptoms, you will not be allowed to enter our premises.

Have you been in contact with a person confirmed sick with COVID-19?

Have you had any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days: Fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath & other symptoms.

Have you visited the State of Victoria in the last 14 days?

Have you visited any known location that has experienced COVID-19 Infection in the last 14 days?
If you have answered YES to any of these questions, you will need to wait until another time to visit our premises for sales assistance or collection.

Our showroom and warehouse for order collections are open Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm, by appointment only.
