Making the most of your Oov
This product works by activating the user’s core stabilising muscles while also gently extending the spine to stimulate healthy intervertebral disc lubrication. This active response in the user helps achieve ‘neutral spine’, a widely used concept in the treatment and assessment of spinal conditions.
Made from highly durable foam to complement the natural curve of the spine, the Oov will change how we train, and the way we view and treat spine related conditions. The concept was borne out of a need to improve on the ‘rolled towel’ that is widely used by medical practitioners to stretch out the back in order to aid its recovery. And so after years of research and development a natural geometric progression was discovered that allowed us to design the Oov.
